Jeff Franklin (born January 21, 1955) is an American screenwriter, director and producer. He is best known for being the creator of the ABC sitcom Full House and its Netflix sequel Fuller House. Franklin was born in Inglewood, California. In 1976 Franklin graduated from Raymond College at the University of the Pacific.
