Black Doves season 2 arrives on Netflix with Keira Knightley
The sequel resumes the political intrigues and power games that had captivated spy fans.
Keira Knightley returns to Netflix in season 2 of Black Doves. Created by Joe Barton, the series follows agent Helen Webb, caught in a murderous plot that threatens British political power. As her husband is about to become Prime Minister, she must navigate betrayals and threats, while her former friend Sam, a former hitman, sinks into alcohol and shabby contracts. The conspiracy drags them to save their friend Reed, and loyalties are tested. Season 2 reunites Keira Knightley and Ben Whisham, and welcomes Ambika Mod, Babou Ceesay and Neve Campbell. Six episodes, like the first, blend humor and suspense, even if the action sequences remain sometimes messy, according to AlloCiné.
