Netflix prepares a new wave of Spanish series for 2026-2027
A €1 billion investment and several spin-offs, including a new installment of Money Heist, fuel the program.

The platform is betting on its Tres Cantos hub, visited in 2024, and on Ted Sarandos' commitment to invest €1 billion over four years. Part of this budget funds the expansion of the Money Heist universe, whose early seasons remain among the top-10 most-watched non-English titles. The catalogue mixes ongoing series and event mini-series, with titles already aired this summer such as Oasis and The Map of Longing.
