Avengers: Doomsday unveils a criticized poster

The latest poster for Avengers: Doomsday was deemed awful by observers. The film was partially shot in England, which hints at an upcoming reveal of the actual spending. Rumor has it that the production budget could reach 400 million dollars, surpassing Endgame (365 M$) and Infinity War (325 M$) according to Deadline. Marvel is used to hiding costs, as shown by the case of Deadpool & Wolverine, whose real budget was 446 M$ while the studio talked about 200 M$. According to Écran Large, these practices aim to avoid attention on spending deemed excessive. The poster, far from being a retouch job, reinforces skepticism around the project.
