Vertical unveils second trailer for Pendulum
The new clip reveals more of the plot surrounding a new-age retreat and a disturbing cult.

According to Screen Wide, the film brings together Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Phoebe Dynevor, Jacki Weaver, Jena Malone and Norman Reedus, under the production of Darren Aronofsky. The second look focuses on Gordon-Levitt's character, who accompanies his wife, played by Dynevor, to a new-age retreat after a trauma - the death of a child is hinted at. The guru, portrayed by Weaver, practices a bleak shamanism that drags the duo into a spiral of terror. The horror genre, very popular and low-budget, serves as a springboard for new talents like Heyman.
