Rodrigo de la Serna plays Aníbal Gordon in new Netflix series

Rodrigo de la Serna returns to Netflix playing the criminal Aníbal Gordon in the limited series Gordon.

The Argentine political drama traces the rise of a small-time thief to a convicted murderer in the 1970s, set against a backdrop of violence and gang rivalries.

The series is led by showrunner Pablo Trapero, who co-directs with Pablo Fendrik and co-writes with Marcos Osorio Vidal, in collaboration with investigative journalist Marcelo Larraquy, author of the source biographical novel. According to Jacob Robinson (What’s on Netflix).

Produced by Adrián Suar and Diego Andrasnik via Preludio Producciones, filming took place in 2025 in Buenos Aires and the province of Río Negro. The official page lists a release on November 18 2026.

Fans of Money Heist will recognize the actor from the role of Palermo, while his previous credits include The Motorcycle Diaries and the series San Martín: El cruce de Los Andes.
