Ted Lasso moves Hannah Waddingham to lead actress category for season 4

The series Ted Lasso returns on Apple TV+ for a fourth season, with coach Jason Sudeikis now leading the women's side of AFC Richmond. The season logged more than 200 million minutes of viewing, a record on the platform. In total, the series already has 20 Emmy Awards and two Golden Globes, with the trophy for best comedy series still to be won. According to AlloCiné, Apple TV+ will submit Hannah Waddingham this year in the lead actress category, after her Emmy for best supporting actress. If she wins, she will join the small circle of performers honored in two different categories. The series also announced its renewal for a fifth season.
