Slow Horses season 6: returns, deaths and a deadly poison
The finale reveals Sid Baker's return, the death of several agents and a Novichok poisoning.
Trailer · Slow HorsesThe final episode of season 6 of Slow Horses ended with an explosive climax. Sid Baker, presumed dead, reappears, while Struan Loy, JK Coe and Emma Flyte meet their end. It all stems from a covert operation by Diana Taverner, who used Sid's identity to hide an infiltrated agent, putting her in the crosshairs of two Russian assassins, Jim and Jane. In the country house, the agents are ambushed by Frank Harkness and Jane; Emma Flyte is shot, Louisa survives, Jane is eliminated and Harkness tries to flee. Jackson Lamb forces Taverner to place the scandal on Damien Cantor. In the final scene, River finds Sid, moves a crowbar, notices a substance on his hands and collapses, poisoned. According to AlloCine, executive co-producer Gaby Chiappe confirmed to TV Insider that the poison mentioned was Novichok.
