Crawl 2 gains a star-studded cast ahead of its 2027 release
Sarah Niles, Ray Panthaki and three other actors join the project alongside Mason Gooding and Emily Rudd.
Trailer · CrawlThe sequel to Crawl, scheduled for July 16 2027, welcomes Sarah Niles, Ray Panthaki, Richard Brake, Charley Palmer Rothwell and Flula Borg. Mason Gooding and Emily Rudd, already announced, remain the leads. Alexandre Aja directs the film, which he co-wrote with Jason Harry Pagan, Andrew Deutschman and Gregory Levasseur. The original Crawl (2019) featured a mother and her father facing a swarm of alligators after a hurricane in Florida, and grossed $91 million worldwide. Critic John DeFore praised its fast pace. According to The Hollywood Reporter, production is moving forward with this new cast.
