The hunt for the new James Bond is nearing its end: the screen tests start this Friday in London and will run all weekend. According to The Hollywood Reporter and Deadline, four or five actors have been called in. Among them, Jack Lowden and Callum Turner are mentioned, while Deadline adds Josh O’Connor. Gal Gadot might have been considered but was rejected. Jacob Elordi is not among the finalists. The process, conducted outside the usual framework, is taking place under the direction of Amazon, which has just taken over the franchise.
