Guy Ritchie launches The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare with Henry Cavill on Prime Video
An action comedy set against World War II, mixing sabotage and irreverence.
Guy Ritchie directed The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare, an explosive action comedy available on Prime Video. The film follows Gus March-Phillipps (Henry Cavill) who, in 1939, forms a covert unit authorized to break all rules to strike enemy lines. The cast also includes Alan Ritchson, Eiza González and Alex Pettyfer, a true miracle of unapologetic action. According to AlloCiné, the project, based on Damien Lewis's book, was originally taken up by Paramount before being picked up by Black Bear International and produced by Jerry Bruckheimer, before signing an international distribution deal with Prime Video.
