Auditions at Pinewood for the future James Bond

British young actors crowd onto a Pinewood Studios soundstage to do camera tests, hoping to succeed Daniel Craig in the role of James Bond. According to rumors, Amazon executives and director Denis Villeneuve are running the auditions, whose exact list remains unknown, even though Mr. Jack Lowden, Callum Turner and Josh O’Connor are often cited as among the leading contenders. Only one of them will be able to wear cinema's most coveted costume, the others will be relegated to the same fate as the countless rejected candidates over decades, some of whom have become famous elsewhere. Some of the test footage has leaked online, offering a rare glimpse of the candidates. (The Hollywood Reporter)
