After nearly three years of silence, new revelations confirm the return of Yusuke Urameshi for a second season. Filming begins on October 24 2026 near Hiratsuka Station, Kanagawa prefecture, under the helm of Kadokawa Daiei studio. Netflix has still not officially confirmed the revival, despite statements from August of Tokyo Sports who already announced the renewal alongside Sanctuary and Tokyo Swindlers for fall 2026. The first day of shooting will take place at night, with about 300 extras each day, suggesting a large-scale urban sequence and, as usual, demon battles.
