Clive Barker Envisions a Cinematic Return of Hellraiser via Video Game

Creator Clive Barker says the Hellraiser saga could return to the big screen, thanks to the new video game. After regaining the rights in 2020, he produced a reboot directed by David Bruckner and launched the game Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival, designed to stay true to his writings. In an interview with Dread Central, he said the game is a "wake-up call" for similar franchises and that he wants to see new ideas materialize in the universe. According to Écran Large, Barker sees this video game success as an opportunity to mature the project and revisit Hellraiser with a fresh perspective.
