Netflix unveils trailer for horror mini-series The Body

Netflix has released the very first trailer for The Body, its new horror mini-series. The teaser promises a cocktail of Catholic fervor, pom-pom girls and satanic possession, recalling The Craft and Jennifer’s Body. The story takes place in a stark Catholic school where the local dance team, the Lions, are preparing an underground party to fund their ambition to win the inter-school regional championships. The party spirals out of control: drugs, alcohol, and even a human sacrifice to the Prince of Darkness, before a murder throws the religious community into terror.
