Trailer · ClayfaceJames Watkins spent three months auditioning Tom Rhys Harries for the title role of Clayface. The Welsh actor delivered two long screen tests before landing the character. The film, a body-horror thriller from DC Studios, follows Hollywood star Tom Hagen, disfigured by a Gotham mob boss. To regain his appearance he undergoes an experimental procedure that gives him skin capable of changing shape, creating Clayface. The director said at the world premiere at the Hollywood Legion Theater that the casting process was "a real beast" and that he had never auditioned anyone to this extent.
