Inde Navarrette ready for an Obsession sequel

Inde Navarrette would be totally up for a sequel to Obsession. She plays Nikki, a teenager who becomes obsessed with her best friend after he secretly wishes she would love him. Curry Barker's horror film blew up at the global box office, $522 million on a budget of less than $1 million, and almost got sacrificed on Netflix before getting a theatrical release. Navarrette expressed her enthusiasm on the Hollywood Reporter podcast, where she also talked about her upcoming role at Marvel as Malicia in the X-Men reboot, thereby joining the MCU and the Disney empire. According to Écran Large, no sequel has been announced, but the actress already has a plot idea.
