During the IGN Fan Fest: Fall Edition, Netflix announced that Jonathan Pryce, Joel Kim Booster and Sherry Cola are joining the voice cast of Blue Eye Samurai Season 2, with a look at their characters. Pryce, previously seen in The Two Popes and The Crown, plays Old Violet, an elderly man with a warm gaze but stained with blood. Booster, known for Fire Island and Loot, provides the voice of Priest Ando, a stern Shinto priest in a black eboshi and white robes. Cola, who appeared in Shortcomings and Joy Ride, portrays Kuma, a young Japanese woman in a green kimono with a serious, blood-spattered face.
