Austin Butler and Michael B. Jordan reveal the look of Miami Vice '85
The first official photos show the two actors ready to play Crockett and Tubbs in the film slated for 2028.
The shooting of Miami Vice '85 has just begun and the first images of Austin Butler and Michael B. Jordan as James Crockett and Ricardo Tubbs have been released. The photos, first exclusive to Ashot Magazine and then posted online, plunge the duo into decidedly 80s outfits, recalling the aesthetic of Anthony Yerkovich's original series. The feature film, directed by Joseph Kosinski, marks the third incarnation of the Miami detectives and is set to open on May 17 2028. Kosinski, known for Oblivion, F1 and Top Gun Maverick, promises a time-travel experience faithful to the show's atmosphere. According to AlloCiné, the stills are already heating up fans.
