Sony prepares a mega-month of Beatles releases in 2028
Four feature films, four actors, all in the same April month to celebrate the band.
Sony plans to release the four Beatles films by Sam Mendes during the same April 2028. Paul Mescal, Harris Dickinson, Joseph Quinn and Barry Keoghan will respectively portray Paul McCartney, John Lennon, George Harrison and Ringo Starr. The actors were spotted in costume on the streets of London, notably in August, where they recreated the famous Abbey Road cover. Pippa Harris, co-founder of Neal Street Productions, said at the BFI London Film Festival that the project is being presented as "a four-part cinematic event", without expecting audiences to see all four films on the same day.
