Trailer · MarshalsThe second season of Marshals, the western action spin-off of Yellowstone, is available starting today on Paramount+. Kayce Dutton (Luke Grimes) returns to duty, faced with the kidnapping of his son, the event that closed the season 1 finale. The series promises tighter links with the Yellowstone universe: the cowboy Jimmy, played by Jefferson White, is confirmed, and fans hope for a crossover with Dutton Ranch.
The first season had set audience records on CBS, but was criticized by Yellowstone fans for its procedural format, the writing of secondary characters and the disappearance of the character Monica Dutton. According to AlloCiné, season 2 will need to win back viewers while deepening its plot.
