Peacock launches the first live-action Fast & Furious series
After the eleventh film, the franchise expands to TV with a still-mysterious project.
Peacock has officially ordered a live-action spin-off series set in the Fast & Furious universe. According to AlloCiné, writers Mike Daniels (Sons of Anarchy) and Wolfe Coleman (911: Lone Star) are penning it. Vin Diesel is confirmed as executive producer, but no indication has been given about a possible on-screen appearance. This is the first live-action series, previous projects being animated. In May, NBCUniversal mentioned four spin-off series; the fate of the other three remains uncertain. The platform is not yet available in France.
