Amazon and Sony launch a new live-action Spider-Man series
After the cancellation of Spider-Noir, the platform is preparing a project centered on the 1990s Clone saga.
Amazon Prime Video and Sony Pictures are preparing a new live-action series, following the cancellation of Spider-Noir. The project is part of the Sony Spider-Universe, without the MCU's Peter Parker. It will draw on the second Clone saga, published in the mid-1990s, one of the most controversial comic arcs. According to Deadline, the series will stream on Prime Video. Amazon and Sony do not want to abandon the Spider-Man brand rights, even without the film’s actor. Filming is already underway, promising a bold adaptation of this narrative arc.
