Wednesday season 3 confirmed for 2027
Production, already underway in Ireland and France, promises new storylines and an expanded cast.
The third season of Wednesday will arrive on Netflix in 2027. Netflix announced the renewal on July 23 2025, accompanied by a new poster. Filming has been ongoing for several months in Ireland and France, with a major cast reveal in September 2026. A spin-off centered on Uncle Fester has been in early discussion since 2023. Showrunner Alfred Gough reminded that the goal remains to make "the best possible season" by deepening the characters and expanding the world of Nevermore.
