Netflix launches Chinese series Irreplaceable

Netflix has added the series Irreplaceable to its catalog. The Chinese production, 20 episodes, launches today with the first three available for worldwide streaming. It follows Xu Chi, a consultant who climbs the ranks after a tragic past, and Ye Xin Zhi, an elite partner seeking revenge after being set up by his boss. Their collaboration mixes business stakes and a budding romance, until a brutal twist threatens their careers. The series, directed by Chen Ming Zhang and Chen Shi Yi and written by Zhang Wei, comes from Youku and joins recent Asian titles on Netflix such as Light to the Night, Veil of Shadows, Ashes to Crown and Pursuit of Jade.
