After The Count of Monte Cristo and La Bataille de Gaulle, the project could adopt this unprecedented model. "Who could have predicted?" quotes the poet, recalling the comeback of La Bataille de Gaulle.
According to Écran Large, the diptych amassed 5.8 million admissions, identical to The Three Musketeers by Martin Bourboulon, and the budget for the films is estimated between 75-85 million euros. Despite this cost, Pathé remains confident about the viability of its French heritage approach.
