Anthony Mackie recounts how Chris Evans gave him the script of Avengers: Endgame

During an interview with Cigar Aficionado, Anthony Mackie explains that Chris Evans, his close friend, gave him the script of Avengers: Endgame very early. "We were at Chris's place, he got the pages first because he's Captain America, then he passed the script to me," the actor says. Reading those pages was "really awesome and very moving," because that's how he discovered he would become the new Captain America, receiving the shield at the end of the film.
