Ryan Murphy has finished the script for the Glee reboot
The creator has finalized the script and contacted about ten original cast members.
The creator of Glee, Ryan Murphy, confirmed that he has completed the script for the reboot project. He announced it during an interview with Entertainment Tonight while promoting season 13 of American Horror Story. "I finished the script an hour ago," he said, noting that the first two seasons were written with Brad Falchuk and Ian Brennan.
Murphy has since reached out to about ten actors from the original cast, who have offered encouragement. The musical series, launched in 2009 and concluded in 2015 after six seasons, had already spawned the reality show The Glee Project and the documentary film Glee, the 3D Concert.
