Emerging from Pomona, California, and raised in nearby San Dimas, Ryan Sean O'Donohue entered the entertainment world as a child actor. He first gained attention portraying Zeke Byrd in the 1994 ABC drama The Byrds of Paradise and shortly thereafter appeared as Peter Hansen in the CBS sitcom The Boys Are Back, sharing the screen with Hal Linden and Suzanne Pleshette.
