Emerging from Boston and trained in musical theatre at NYU’s Tisch School, he entered comedy through Twitter in 2009, quickly becoming one of the platform’s first joke-sharing comedians and winning the Comedy Awards’ “Funniest Person on Twitter” in 2012.
