Born in Mérida and raised in Mexico City, she trained in dance at the Academia de Danza Mexicana, joined Alejandro Jodorowsky’s children’s pantomime troupe at eleven, and later refined her acting under Lee Strasberg in Los Angeles before continuing studies at Denmark’s Odin Theater.
