Emerging from a family linked to the arts-he is the nephew of plastic artist Marta Minujín-Juan Minujín trained with Cristina Banegas, Alberto Ure, Pompeyo Audivert, Julio Chávez and Guillermo Angelelli, then refined his craft during a two-year stay in London. He began professional theatre work in 1996 and later joined the troupe El Descueve, touring Latin America and Europe.
