Three short stories make up Memories. The first, "Magnetic Rose," follows two space travelers who are drawn into a parallel world on an asteroid—a world created by a woman's memories. In the second, "Stink Bomb," a young lab assistant accidentally transforms into a human biological weapon that threatens Tokyo. The final third episode, "Cannon Fodder," depicts a day in the life of a city whose sole preoccupation is annihilating its enemies.
