In a near future where everything is nothing but ecological devastation, a mysterious red moon — which appeared in the sky a few years earlier — is being ruthlessly exploited for its energy. It suddenly changes course and hurtles straight toward Earth. Paul W.R., the only astronaut capable of saving Humanity, vanishes on the eve of his mission. He has discovered the secret of the red moon and the reason why it must not be destroyed... Hunted relentlessly, Paul crosses paths with Elma, a hot-tempered teenager who will accompany him on his flight across a desertified France.
