Stanley Lloyd Kaufman Jr., dit Lloyd Kaufman, né le 30 décembre 1945 à New York (État de New York), est un réalisateur américain, producteur et acteur de cinéma underground et indépendant.
Il a fondé Troma Entertainment, la plus ancienne compagnie de cinéma indépendant, avec son ami Michael Herz. Il a réalisé, entre autres, The Toxic Avenger (1984) et Tromeo and Juliet (1996).
